What is a good Parental Control Software good for a 12 yr old that is going to singles sites and chat rooms.?

Question by Scruffy44: What is a good Parental Control Software good for a 12 yr old that is going to singles sites and chat rooms.?
Would like to moniter keystrokes, e-mail, and IM two-way chats, and chats in game sites, also that is good at filtering offensive sites.
I do have a keystroker software running and I find that the 12 yr old is giving out personal information, and tells me that that isn't true.
