I have a high speed cable internet. I'm planning to buy a wired(not wireless) router so that I can connect it to 2 desk tops and occcasionally to a laptop.
I probably won't use the computers at the same time but wants the desk top connected to a single cable internet via a wired router. Mainly so that I don't have to hook and unhook it. Will there be any issues with it?
Will it slow down speed? Can it work that way? I'll be the only user. I'm eventually going to get a wireless but can't do it due to technical issues.
I appreciate any advise from you computer geniuses.
p.s. Where do I buy a connector "wire" for this. Will radio shack have it. I already have the router.

I can't connect ata hard disk and dvd writer through a single ata cable.
when i do this only one device were detected . And i have a 160 GB SATA HDD too , but it has no problem . i need to connect both hard disks and DVD drive . how can i make it possible ?
l'm using Vista ,intel 945 mother board .

Answer by bored_22_deathI guess your dvd drive is in master drive mode ,change the jumper settings to slave mode .If you are not sure check the dvd manufacturer site for jumper settings.

Ok so my 16 month old is at that point- only her rolling around etc is just 'crazy'. I feel like I'm in a wrestling match every single time we change diapers! IT"S EXHASUTING!. She rolls around and flops over and kicks and cries etc. SHE is sooo strong- I try and make it fun (ie- "toes to your nose") but lately every single one is a huge struggle. I don't remember it being this bad with my oldest!?!?!?! Any ideas or suggestions? Even if I hold her legs crossed at her stomach she somehow manages to flip over! My grandmother can change her diaper and she lays there perfectly still for her- but if me or dh does it- forget it. Just looking for some ideas/suggestions or is

You pretty much have to go wherever you can find a job no matter how lame the location may be. For me, nightlife is important. I'm a travel nurse, so I can pick any exciting city and have a job in no time. But my friends that have limited careers, could never join me because they can't find jobs in those areas. So sad.

My friend has a crush on my other friend. I feel really honored that she told me who she likes and all, considering we haven't been friends for very long.
Anyway, she likes this guy who I am also friends with. She asked me to tell him that "someone" likes him without mentioning her name in particular. So I told him that "someone" likes him, then he was like "is it (insert my friend's name here)?" and so he guessed correctly. But he says that he doesn't really know her that well or talk to her very often.
I personally think they would be very good together. They're both really nice people. They have some things in common. If anything, they should at least get to know each other better.
So my question (and I apologize for making you read all that back story) is how should I go about trying to get them to talk more? We all have one class together, but there aren't really any opportunities for them to talk in class

I have helped develop a technology for boxing gloves that will provide the force of each hit instantly to ringside. We are currently displaying this as a graphic on the TV screen as well as providing instant statistics to the ringside announcers. It allows us to see how much "punishment" a boxer absorbed for a single punch, a round, or a match.
I think it will make the sport more interesting, safer, and insure the integrity of the sport is maintained. But I would like to know if true fans of the sports agree or disagree. Thank you.

I'm not suggesting that the device be used to score a match. It is intended just to try to make the broadcasts more interesting to the average fan, and possibly increase the interest in the sport by the television audience.

My 5th grade teacher's son was murdered when he went to go meet what he thought was a young girl but was a man that killed him. Internet safety really does need to be taught more. Never give out personal information such as your real name or location.

Answer by Josh GIt really depends on what kind of TV you have. Many Hi-Defs have a HDMI hookup in the back which carries both an audio and video signal (this is only useful, of course, if you have HDMI-out on your laptop).
S-Video, VGA, and DVI don't carry audio though.

US civil war #2 wrestling match card?

Wrestlers who were born in confederate states against wrestlers from the union states. Who will win round 2.
1.John Morrison vs. MVP
-Two guys who should have bright futures as singles wrestlers in WWE. MVP is close to single stardom and Morrison is still developing.
2.Kaz vs. Shelton Benjamin
-Two goes who are great performers and both are underused. The athletic ability of both men would make for a great match.
3.RVD vs. Christopher Daniels
-Another match between two guys who can fly. Would be an x division style match.
4. AJ Styles vs. Y2J
-Possibly the strongest match on the card. Both men have accomplished alot for their respective companies.
5.Batista vs. Kurt Angle
-Angle defeated Lesnar in the past. Can he defeat WWE's current monster?
6.HBK vs. CM Punk
-HBK is still great but he is not the future of WWE. Alot of people think CM Punk is one of the main pieces of WWE's future, and both are
