Question by MS: What number of 100 W lightbulbs must be connected in parallel to a single 150 V household circuit to trip a?

Answer by godfatherYou cut off part of the question, which I am assuming was a circuit breaker with a maximum current. But I'll solve it with the maximum current = i, that will trip the circuit breaker. N is the number of parallel light bulbs to trip the breaker.
N*100 = 150 * i
N = (150*i)/100
So just plug in the maximum current value you want in for (i), and calculate number of bulbs.
