How do I get rid of these spyware items?

Question by ericeburley: How do I get rid of these spyware items?
Most of the pop-ups i get are:

*horny matches.com
*pctools.com
*adult friend finder
*ebay
*theres another one (ultimate night something)

Anyways, Ive tried These programs (all updated in normal mode and safe mode)

*AVG Pro.
*Spybot
*Ad-Aware 2007
*Superantispyware

Ive cleared all browser memory also. I cant figure out how to get these off. I usually succeed 100% at getting rid of these things but i need help with this one.
