I recently downloaded a video that was dubbed for my mum, But the audio in that video don't match up with the subs and video. Any solutions on how to fix it??

Answer by JorgeYou cannot fix it, it was recorded like that, bad copy.
Even not all conversion programs if they are not good quality programs like DVD to iPod match video and audio properly.
